About us

Born from the spirit of the original Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, CA, ‘Terrapin Crossroads Presents’ aims to keep the legacy of that homegrown live music flourishing. Produced and operated by the Lesh Family, check out some of our upcoming events here! Plus, keep scrolling for a sample of some of the events we’ve put on in the past.

The Terrapin Roadshow

The Terrapin Roadshow is a traveling concert series that brings the spirit, energy, and community of the old Terrapin Crossroads to a venue near you.

We’ve searched the Bay Area and beyond to find the most intimate, magical, and majestic outdoor amphitheaters around. The music at the Roadshows will be firmly rooted in the songbook and style of Grateful Dead, while also leaving plenty of room to explore. Expect to hear your favorite songs from the '60s through to today, played by world class musicians in amazing venues!

Terrapin Winterfest 2025

Terrapin Winterfest is a year-end celebration of music, community, and the Terrapin spirit; three nights of unforgettable performances to close out the season together.

Following shows by the Terrapin Family Band at the Sweetwater and the Guild Theatre, for the grand finale we’ll step back in time! On December 21st, the Terrapin All-Stars will recreate one of the Grateful Dead’s most iconic nights—The Closing of Winterland, 12/31/78. Featuring a powerhouse lineup, this is one you don't want to miss!

The Sunday Daydream festivals were one-day music festivals featuring all of the best music that the Terrapin community had to offer! Hosted at McNears Park in San Rafael and Stafford Lake Park in Novato, these festivals were a testament to the Terrapin Community.
